Lead RF Engineer:

• Strong experience in narrow band RF circuit design and analysis, antenna design or broadband wireless communication systems such as LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or GPS.
• At least 5 years in a technical lead role
• Experience specifying RF requirements and taking a lead role in the product development delivery
• Strong capability consolidating complex and often conflicting requirements into clear and deliverable commitments
• Ability to drive technical direction in a multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Ability to motivate a team through strong leadership and technical competence
• Experience of high-speed digital interfaces design advantageous
