An opportunity has come about working at an exciting aviation facility in Bristol working for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK. In this role you will join a team of engineers across a static facility carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as well as other general building services.

We're looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work in a team of around 8/10 engineers carrying out general M&E building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have some background in facilities management. 

Job Responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician:

• To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
• Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
• Production of technical and situational reports as required.
• Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be compliant with its contractual obligations at all times
• Carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive manner at all times
• To communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients at all times
