At TSA Surveying, we are actively representing a leading licensed Building Safety Regulator who are seeking to make an addition to their Building Control team.

Our client provides effective regulatory control of projects from design stage right through to completion. They cover all industry sectors, from small residential schemes through to large commercial and mixed-use developments.

Aiming to develop long lasting relationships, our client delivers a professional service and possesses consistent interpretation of legislation and guidance. They are driven to add compliance value to every project they are involved in.

Focusing on the Residential sector, the selected individual will be required to inspect on Class 3 category listed buildings and properties. They will be responsible for assessing building plans, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that construction projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the safe development of our built environment.
