HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER - IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join the team based in Keighley for one of our regular clients. As a key member of the logistics department, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a passion for driving, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class 2 HGV vehicles in compliance with all road traffic regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods to various locations while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring products are handled safely and securely.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including delivery notes and logbooks.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing a positive delivery experience.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV driving licence.
- Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification.
- Previous experience as a Class 2 HGV Driver is preferred.
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
