Job: Plumber
Role: Social Housing Maintenance
Area: North London
Salary: £50,000 + Van & Fuel card
This will be made up of £22 per job (8 – 10 jobs booked a day) on top of your fall-back rate of £650 per week (Monday -Friday)
Call out is also available - £40 per job
Duties:
- Carrying out reactive responsive maintenance duties.
- Installing and maintaining electric showers, taps, traps, and all manner of leaks etc.
- PPMs and reactive maintenance.
- Replacing taps & sinks.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Plumbing
- Social Housing Experience
- UK Driving License
