Business Development Manager

Location: Cheadle, Greater Manchester

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (45-minute lunch break)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our client’s team in Cheadle, specialising in the same day courier market. If you have experience in a business development role and a passion for building relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

The Role:

• Identify and generate new business leads.
• Attend client meetings with new and existing customers.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients.
• Close new business deals and meet sales targets.
• Liaise with customers and manage data efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in a business development role within the same day courier market.
• Personable, reliable, friendly, and driven.
• Full UK driving licence as you will be required to travel for client meetings.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
