On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated Construction Mobile Supervisor to oversee a variety of projects across London, with values ranging from £2,000 to £100,000.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong trade background such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work, and will be adept at managing multiple sites, ensuring high standards of quality, and coordinating effectively with tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects ranging from £2,000 to £100,000 in value.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and site diaries.
• Provide technical advice and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong trade background (carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across London.
