Fernbank Healthcare have partnered with a well-established Dental Practice on a strategic appointment of an Orthodontist. The Orthodontist would be expected to visit the practice 1/2 times per month. 50% split on income and lab bills.

They pride themselves on our collaborative and enthusiastic team environment, always eager to help and get involved in all aspects of patient care and practice growth.

The clinic has a list waiting to start treatment and approximately 1-2 booking in each week for consultations.

We have an oral surgeon in practice to perform exposures if needed, willing to collaborate with treatments as is the principal dentist to perform extractions needed ready for bond ups. 

Essential criteria:

• Someone willing to work together with us as a team completing treatment plans in a timely manner and communicating effectively and appropriately with staff members. 
• Must be willing and exciting to educate patients on their dental conditions and treatment options, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.  
• Must maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.  
• Must be willing to contribute to the practice's marketing efforts by participating in social media posts and creating content for the website.

Our client is proud to have a highly experienced and skilled team of nurses, including one with 15 years of experience. Alongside her, we have one additional nurse with 12 year’s experience and one Treatment Coordinator (TCO) who is also trained in orthodontic nursing. Our team's expertise ensures that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey.  

TCO qualified dental nurse who is currently highly skilled at taking digital scans and clinical photographs for treatment. 

Practice opening hours

Practice is open mon-fri 8:30am -6pm, but can accommodate late nights for ortho if needed, extremely flexible on dates /surgery time, can work together with new clinician to find what will work best for them and patients.
