We are seeking  customer-focused individuals to provide excellent support within our clients' customer service departments . This is a full-time role with an immediate start.

• Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 (or National Minimum Wage if under 21)
• Increases to £11.74ph after 12 weeks

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and online platforms. Your duties will include:

• Managing a high volume of customer contacts
• Processing payments and bookings
• Handling customer complaints and escalating as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Happy to be speaking to disgruntled customers daily as this will be part of the role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Based within commuting distance of Camborne, Cornwall
