• Up to £45k annual salary (depending on experience) 
• 25 days annual leave + BH’s 
• Up to 5% Annual bonus
• Monday – Friday flexible working pattern within typical office hours (37.5 hrs)

Our well-established client in the Telford area is recruiting for an experienced QHSE Manager to join them at an exciting stage in their organisational development. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for:

• Driving and developing the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental culture throughout the site, being the point of knowledge and guidance for the senior leadership team
• Delivering Health and Safety workshops and training to employees and inductions for new starters
• Taking the lead in Quality related activities such as internal and external audits
• Ensuring all accidents, incide4nts and near misses are investigated thoroughly
• Liaising with external agents and local authority representatives
• Ensure that all systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) are adhered to 

Skills and Experience required:

• Proven success within a similar Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental role where you have been responsible for driving QHSE strategy
• Experience working in high-risk environments would be advantageous
• Ambitious and driven in character
• Relevant NEBOSH / IOSH qualification will be essential
• Experience in managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
• Previous experience in roles such as QHSE Manager / QUESH Manager / HSEQ Manager / Compliance Manager / Technical Manager
