Location: Aldershot
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: Basic £29,000 + Bonus (based on discount achieved)
Employment Type: Permanent
Igloo is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our client’s team in Aldershot. This role involves providing automotive parts for both the workshop and public customers, handling online orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide parts for the workshop and public as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person.
- Handle online orders and enquiries, including all associated administrative work.
- Maintain organization and teamwork within the parts department.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Parts Advisor.
- Excellent levels of customer care.
- Full driving license.
- Flexible attitude towards workday and duties.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary of £29,000.
- Bonus scheme available, around £3,000-£3,500.
- Monday to Friday only.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
