Salary of the Fibreglass Laminator / GRP Finisher / Fibreglasser / Fibreglass Operative / Fibreglass Finisher:     £14.50 - £15.50ph Negotiable - overtime is also available

Hours of Work for the Fibreglass Laminator / GRP Finisher / Fibreglasser / Fibreglass Operative / Fibreglass Finisher:    Monday to Friday 40 hours a week - overtime also available

My client, a long established Commercial Vehicle Builder and Manufacturer, are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Fibreglass Laminator / GRP Finisher / Fibreglasser / Fibreglass Operative / Fibreglass Finisher to join their team in Manchester; someone who is passionate about engaging with company values and delivery quality work.

The role of the Fibreglass Laminator / GRP Finisher / Fibreglasser / Fibreglass Operative / Fibreglass Finisher:
 
 
You will be required to wet lay fibreglass to the interior of vans of all sizes including Ford Transits and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, which will later be converted in to refrigerated vans.

Your day-to-day duties include:

• ·preparing vans to be laminated using small grinders and sanding tools
• ·cutting sheets of fibreglass to size and mixing resin which is then wet laid to the interior plywood surface inside the vans

 
 
This Fibreglass Laminator / GRP Finisher / Fibreglasser / Fibreglass Operative / Fibreglass Finisher role will be a great fit for you if:
  

• ·You have GRP Finisher or Fibreglass Finishing experience
• ·Fibreglasser experience 
• ·You have an excellent understanding of the manufacturing process
