Job Title: Stock Control and Order Processing Specialist

Location: Aylesbury

Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (30 minute break)

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Control and Order Processing Specialist to join a expanding jewellery business in Aylesbury. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the stock control system to check incoming stock, update quantities, and allocate locations.
• Print and accurately label inventory.
• Coordinate shipments to Amazon warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Process orders through Shopify, Veeqo, and Royal Mail with precision.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, orders processed, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and streamline processes for improved efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines, including a fragrance-free environment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in stock control and order processing roles.
• Proven track record in order processing and customer service, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet browsing/emailing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication abilities.
• Honest, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-free environment due to the nature of the products.
