Lettings Negotiator

Our Client a privately owned and well established business based in South Devon are looking for an additional Experienced Lettings Negotiator to compliment an already successful team.
You will have a well-rounded approach that focuses on customer service and building a good relationship with both existing and potential clients. Excellent verbal communication and negotiating skills, able to work well under pressure, with good organisation skills whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times, competent in computer and software packages. Training will be given in all aspects of the job role.
Duties will include:
- Photograph and write property descriptions
- Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date
- Managing client paperwork with all required information
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Registration and qualifying of prospective tenants
- Matching tenants to the appropriate properties
- Book and carry out viewings
- Liaising between tenants and landlords
- Carry out Property inspections
- Referencing and start of tenancy paperwork
- Occasional Property valuations
- You must have a valid UK driving licence

Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. No weekend working.
