£50,000 - £60,000/annum + car allowance & good package

Our client is an independent firm of RICS registered Chartered Surveyors and valuers, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right surveyor to join and help develop the flourishing, ambitious team - working on residential valuations.

They are based in West Sussex covering East and West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. The focus on low volume, high quality work, using the best technology available to improve productivity, communication, speed, but most importantly produce a high-quality service for work that revolves around architectural, planning and renovation work also covered by the practice.

They are looking for positive minded, experienced surveyors, with a friendly attitude, keen to get involved with the growth of the business, not just a ‘9-5’ surveyor. You must have an excellent eye for detail and be willing to go the extra mile for our clients to offer a great service and uphold our reputation.

The candidate will be ideally MRICS or FRICS but Assoc RICS may be considered depending on candidate's experience. Valuation/surveying experience of residential properties in the South is essential.

Competitive basic salary based on experience and skill set, car allowance and commission structure.

  • 20 days holidays + bank holidays
  • £52,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience and overall skills. Car and mileage allowance, equipment, full office support and over target earnings commission structure.
  • RICS fees paid, health insurance and free CPD several times a year
