I am seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a prestigious nursing home near Ringmer, East Sussex. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Implement and maintain best practices in dementia care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of all residents.
Manage budgets, resources, and ensure the financial stability of the home.
Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver personalised care plans.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Extensive experience in managing nursing homes, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
Comprehensive knowledge of dementia care and best practices.
Nurse qualification preferred but not essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
