Key Responsibilities:

• Challenge and refine existing planning methods and processes.
• Lead and develop a team of planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Streamline processes and optimise workflows within the planning function.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to communicate complex or abstract ideas effectively.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience in developing and managing construction budgets within cost estimate constraints.
• Proficiency in governance, schedule, and quality reporting.
• Previous experience as a Senior Planner on major infrastructure projects/programmes typically over £50M.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to explain complex concepts.
