The school is looking to take on a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) on a long-term basis to help support primary staff in day-to-day curriculum. This an opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2 being the embodiment of exactly how a SEND Learning Support Assistant should promote learning.

The Successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience in managing challenging behaviours in EHCP pupils.
• Proven track record with supporting up to Key Stage 2 / KS2 pupils.
• An understanding and patient approach to supporting pupils with SEND.
• Excellent classroom management.
