Work for a Charity in London as a permanent Individual Giving Campaigns Officer (31k, full time, in the office 1-2 days per week).

It is essentially an Officer (however, the official title is Individual Giving Campaigns Officer) and you will be working across their very exciting and fast paced Digital, Television and Social Media Acquisition campaigns.

Your key duties:

  • To ensure the charities Individual Giving programme delivers on optimised customer experience and income generation outcomes. The role will be responsible for achieving agreed income and supporter recruitment volume targets from new supporters through direct marketing acquisition activity. Specifically leading on their digital, social and television strategy, and any other relevant channel across the charity.
  • The role will work collaboratively with other Individual Giving Campaign Managers and other departments across the Directorate to develop the recruitment strategies for the purpose of acquiring new supporters to the charity.
  • Managing the end to end delivery of digital, social and television fundraising campaigns, from briefing and execution to evaluation and insight. Including the sourcing of compelling stories, imagery and information, ensuring all actions are delivered on time, within budgets, and to meet agreed campaign objectives.
  • Keeping detailed records of campaign weekly income and expenditure for the purpose of reporting at month end, in collaboration with colleagues and any necessary remedial action throughout the financial year.
  • Responsible for briefing creative and operational requirements of digital, social and DRTV channels as well as managing targets / performance indicators and non-financial objectives for the acquisition programme.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all campaigns are project managed to deliver quality, high performance communications in budget, with appropriate response handling processes delivered within agreed timeframes.

  • Hybrid 1-2 days on site a week.
  • 35 hours a week.

What we look for

  • We would be open to applications who have charity experience (preferably FR, but open to brand / social teams too), with the added benefit of experience in at least one of the above channels.
  • Also open to non-charity experience, but they would have to have good experience in campaign management and experience of digital, social and DRTV campaigns (at least 2 out of the 3 channels).
