As they continue to grow across the Hampshire area, they are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Residential Childcare Worker to play a key role in driving the business forward during this exciting phase of expansion.

What we are looking for in a Senior Residential Childcare Worker:

  • Experience: Background in working with children and young people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours in Children's Residential settings is highly beneficial.
  • Strong admin skills: As a senior support worker you will be expected to complete 22.5 hours of admin and 15 hours of hands-on work on the floor. 
  • Commitment: Full-time, permanent role with responsibilities across weekdays and weekends, including additional sleep-ins.
  • Leadership: Ability to plan and lead shifts, ensuring the individual needs of all young people are met.
  • Safety Focus: Daily dynamic risk assessment to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Children and Young People or a similar qualification.
  • Driving: A full UK Driving Licence is recommended but not essential.
