If working as a Chef with a work life balance and great people is what you love, then this is the job for you!
You will be part of a small team of Chefs and involved in working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef's & Head Chef with the day to day running of this busy operation. Producing food to the highest standards is essential and with the luxury of a modern, fully equipped air conditioned kitchen you'll have all the tools you need to do this. The Kitchen team believe in cooking food that is packed full of flavour using seasonal ingredients with a special focus of using local suppliers where possible.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef who truly loves to cook and for any Chef who loves to work with the best possible ingredients available to them to create food that will leave a lasting memory. The ideal Chef should be from within a high-profile pub/hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. Although this is not essential as the Chef is open to giving people with the right attitude and drive the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.
