Job Title: Senior Account Manager (MSP)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 base salary

We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a successful Managed Service Provider in Bradford. Over two decades they have built a strong regional client base maintaining an impressive retention rate of both customers and staff.

You will be joining a well-established and close-knit team where you will be given the opportunity to manage an existing book of clients, as well as build new relationships. 

This is a role for someone looking to have a greater ownership of client relationships and has the character and ambition to be a future Sales Director.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all their IT needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that services are delivered to clients on time, within scope, and meeting or exceeding quality expectations.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, presenting clients with new solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address client issues and concerns proactively, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the performance of their IT services, including the preparation of reports and conducting review meetings.
  • Oversee contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring terms are beneficial for both the client and the company.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the IT or managed services industry.
  • Familiarity with IT managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
