Synapri has partnered with an expanding business within the property & hospitality sector, which is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role will provide a very wide exposure to a broad range of IT projects and products around Entreprise WiFi, access control and CCTV systems.

You will be based at one of the offices within the City of London.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and resolving desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
  • Delivering an excellent level of customer service
  • Provide support to users via telephone, email and remote control
  • Answering calls with a confident, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Following processes and procedures
  • Take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue either remotely or on-site

Experience and Skills needed:

  • 1st & 2nd Line Support experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including 365
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10
  • Knowledge of routers, firewall and basic networking #
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS and Android
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & interpersonal skills
