The Role: As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of prime residential projects from inception through to completion. Your role will involve managing all contractual aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all contractual elements of prime residential construction projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Review and negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions, to protect the interests of the company.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor, ideally within the prime residential sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management, and residential construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve issues promptly.
• Willingness to relocate to the island on a permanent basis.
