My client, a thriving SaaS business is looking to recruit a Sales Development Representative to join their fast paced commercial team. You will play a key role in our business development team to promote their products and services to new and existing prospects and to grow our business and its social impact

Responsibilities

• Researching potential new leads
• Contacting prospects through phone, email, social media and in person
• Working with other members of the team to align their product offering with clients needs
• Updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system to reflect activity
• Arranging meetings and presentations for new clients

About you

• You enjoy being part of a small, but fast-growing team solving meaningful problems and are motivated by their purpose and mission
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve ambitious targets
• Naturally inquisitive and a problem solver
• Experience selling into employers or recruitment agencies desirable but not essential
