Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a specialist chemical manufacturer in Goole who are currently recruiting a Product Safety Advisor to support on a company wide transformative project within the Regulatory Affairs department. The business are looking for a Product Safety Advisor/Regulatory Affairs Associate with good knowledge of chemicals who can set a new best practice and formalised standards to deliver future-proof chemical compliance solutions. 

This role will initially be on a 24 month FTC but there is a lot of opportunity internally within the business for longer term opportunities. The business run a flexible, hybrid working model which can be negotiated. 

I'm keen to speak to individuals with the following skillset:

• Experience working in a Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs in chemicals
• Experience using SAP EHS
• Knowledge of classification and labelling rules in Europe (CLP regulation)
• Strong problem solving to ensure efficient and effective communication of regulatory topics and issues
• Good team player capable of building effective working relationships across functions within the company
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and be well organised
• Knowledge of classification and labelling rules Globally (desirable)
• MSDS authoring potentially including exposure scenario (desirable)
