Role:
Senior Project Manager
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- 1st Aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Duties
- Oversee and callaborate with a team of Senior Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and x2 Site managers
- Have experience using ASTA For Programming
- Editing / Adapting Programme as and when needed - Exisiting Programme already made
- Delegating work
- Have experience in New build, City centre works, Regeneration works, Facades / Steel works
- Temporary works experience
- Highway / Landscaping experience
- Develop detailed project plans and finalise specifications.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Maintain project timelines and adjust as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks
This is a Permanent role and requires the candidate to live in and around the Sheffield / Manchester area.
