A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the City of London by St Pauls. CBW are currently looking for a x2 Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a mixed use commercial complex based in the city of London by St Pauls. The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record working within a blue chip commercial building maintenance environment.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 for further training and career progression.
Duties:

  • Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers - Re-set
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
Hours of work

  • 4on 4off days and nights – 19.00 to 07.00 and 07.00 to 19.00
Package

  • Up to £48,000
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Overtime available

Requirements

  • Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
  • A proven track record in Building Maintenance
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good Leadership & Management skills
  • Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
