Logical Personnel Solutions are acting as an employment business on behalf of our client based in Doncaster.
Our client is a General Haulage distributor supplying their clients around the UK palletised goods. The job is curtainsider work delivering to RDC's or warehouses.
We are seeking HGV Class 1/ HGV C+E trampers, days or night drivers who can work Monday - Friday on an ongoing basis. Suitable drivers will also be working in this position every week, all year round.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a valid CPC, Digi Card and Driving Licence.
• Must wear all dark workwear with a Hi Vis vest and clean safety wear.
• 2 years’ experience on Class 1
- No more than 6 points on your licence and no serious convictions
JOB ROLE:
• Multi drop or trunking work, palletised deliveries.
• Curtainsider work.
• No manual work or heavy lifting.
• Carry out POD’s and delivery notes.
WORKING DAYS AND HOURS:
Monday -Friday
Start times:
03:00-07:00 (Days)
18:00-20:00 (Nights)
On Average 10-12 hour shifts per day (Days/Nights)
Trampers may be required to work full legal hours.
PAY RATES:
Class 1 / C+E
Monday – Friday days/tramping- £19
Monday – Friday nights - £20
Night out - £25
