Are you a detail-driven Architectural Technologist with a passion for turning visionary designs into reality? My client is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join our team and play a key role in bringing our innovative projects to life, within Residential projects. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and 3D models that meet all regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects to develop technical solutions that fulfill design intent and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that construction adheres to plans and resolve any on-site technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest building technologies, materials, and regulations to drive innovation in our projects.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) 
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
