Are you an experienced Team Assistant looking for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious organisation are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide comprehensive executive support to three members of the President's Senior Leadership Team. 💼

As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the President's Office. Working as part of a dynamic and project-focused group of Executive Assistants, you will manage diaries, coordinate internal and external communications, and provide events and project administration support. 🎓

Location: Closest tube stations - Farringdon, Angel, or Old Street

🔹 What you'll be doing:

  • Efficiently manage the diaries of the Senior Leadership Team members, scheduling meetings, committees, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle internal and external communications, ensuring they are timely and appropriate.
  • Prepare and distribute information for various committees and meetings, including agendas, reports, and policy documents.
  • Provide project support for strategic initiatives led by the President's Office, conducting research, drafting documents, and collating resources.
  • Assist in decision-making processes related to the University's strategic developments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive information systems and databases.
  • Welcome guests, organise high-profile events and visits.
  • Offer support to other staff members within the President's Office, including corporate events, meeting arrangements, and travel arrangements.
  • Efficiently handle routine and critical matters during absences.

  • Previous experience in a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant role, providing comprehensive support to senior executives.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in information systems and databases.
  • Initiative and the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
  • A professional and friendly demeanour, with outstanding attention to detail.
