The successful candidate will ensure that automotive products and systems meet all relevant regulatory and safety standards throughout the development and production processes.

The Automotive Compliance Engineer will:
- Oversee functional safety across multiple projects.
- Conduct item definition, HARA, FTA, FMEA, and other safety analyses.
- Prepare ISO26262 documentation, including safety plans and safety cases.
- Perform gap analysis for various systems to identify compliance issues.
- Develop safety validation strategies and execute safety goal validation testing.
The Automotive Compliance Engineer will have:
- BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience of automotive industry safety standards ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.
- Safety analysis (HARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA etc)
- Effective time-management and workload prioritisation skills.
- Integrated system testing experience.
