About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the mechanical package of a high-profile Cat A fit-out project, valued at £1.7 million, in the heart of St Paul's, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the mechanical works, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mechanical works for the Cat A fit-out project.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure all mechanical installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the mechanical package.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on-site at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably in Cat A fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and building services.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
