Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic international HR team. You will provide comprehensive HR support across the entire employment cycle, including onboarding, immigration, work permits, and employment law. Your role will involve supporting a wide range of HR activities, both locally and internationally, such as recruitment, health and wellbeing, employer branding, and the delivery of a new HR strategy.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive HR experience covering the full employment cycle
• Proficiency in HRMIS and HR reporting
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience in managing HR projects and initiatives
• HR qualification and CIPD membership (advantageous)
• In-depth knowledge of post-Brexit visa and immigration requirements (highly desirable)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and to offices in the Netherlands
