Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our care home. You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care in line with regulatory standards. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate care standards, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all care plans are regularly updated and accurately reflect the needs of each resident.
  • Promote a positive culture that prioritizes resident well-being, staff development, and operational excellence.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Registered Manager with a valid management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
  • Proven experience in managing a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and achieve financial targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and creating a positive environment.
