Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Senior Scrub Practitioner (RGN/ODP) to join a state-of-the-art, purpose-build private clinic in West London. This is a full-time role (working 37.5 hours per week across 3-4 days) offering a salary of up to £47,000 and an excellent benefits package.

In this Senior Scrub Nurse role, you can expect to:

• Provide an effective and efficient service whilst ensuring optimum patient care. The post requires good communication skills and a desire to achieve the best outcome.
• Support with the day-to-day management of the theatre department and work closely with the Clinic Manager to develop the theatre department and services.
• You will develop your own personal skills whilst supporting new colleagues with their mandatory training and further professional development.

To apply for this Senior Theatre Practitioner role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience working within a hospital theatre department within Scrub or Anaesthetics. To secure the top end of the salary you must have prior experience working within Ophthalmic Scrub. You must also have experience leading a team and supporting junior colleagues with their training & development. We welcome applications from the Private Sector and NHS across all specialities.
