We are excited to be launching a new luxury care home in Roundhay and are seeking a visionary Commissioning Home Manager to lead this prestigious project.
 
Role Overview:
As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will spearhead the launch of our latest luxury care home, managing every aspect from pre-opening setup to full operational delivery. This is a unique opportunity to shape a flagship facility, setting the standard for luxurious care in the region. With a competitive salary and an OTE of up to £100,000, this role is perfect for a dynamic leader with experience in managing premium care homes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the commissioning process, including home setup, luxury design standards, staff recruitment, and resident admissions.
  • Establish the home’s reputation as the leading choice for luxury residential care in Roundhay.
  • Drive the strategic vision, ensuring a high-end, person-centred care experience for all residents.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain the highest levels of care quality.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding care and hospitality in a luxury setting.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining luxury service levels.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders, reflecting the values of a premium care provider.
  • Continuously monitor and elevate care standards to align with our luxury care ethos.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Commissioning Home Manager or in a similar senior management role within luxury or premium care settings.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills focusing on luxury care.
  • Ability to manage high-end service delivery while achieving financial objectives.
  • Passion for delivering a luxury care experience and fostering a culture of excellence.
