Our client is looking for a sales administrator to join their team in the South Birmingham area. The main duty of this role is to support the sales adminsitration side of the bussiness. 

The Role: 

To be the main office contact for administration support, working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Office Supervisor. You will be supporting the sales department and senior management with a variety of tasks including:

•  Managing correspondence, including phone calls, enquiry e-mails and intro packages.
• Creating reports to support senior management when required.
• Comms with contractors and architects to identify requirements of proposed projects and potential leads. 
• Monitoring specifications on NBS and reaching out to the lead on the project. 
• Helping the sales team to manage major projects and ensure they are followed up promptly.
• Follow up and update leads which have been quoted but not yet converted. 
• Assisting with marketing activities in order to generate leads: 
• Assisting in the design and development of social media posts.

Skills Preffered 

• Excellent organisational skills
• Previous lead generation/marketing experience
• Good knowledge of IT system including Microsoft Office
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Be flexible in your approach with an ability to identify and manage priorities
• Confident, courteous & professional
