Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
- Support resident's emotional and cultural needs.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Assist with community activities and health & safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care preferred.
- Experience in a care setting, especially with older adults or dementia.
