Established in the early 1970s and the garage business taken over from father to son, we have been supplying top quality car repairs and serving to Litherland and the surrounding areas for over 40 years.

We are a member of the RMI, Motorcodes and the NTDA which demonstrate their commitment to quality and carry out services on all makes of vehicles at competitive rates, MOTs for Class 4, and vehicle diagnostics.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to employ a Tyre/Exhaust Technician to join our team. You will work in a professional environment that provides high quality car service and repairs.

Are you the right person for us?

• Experience in an auto-care or “fast-fit” role would be an advantage
• Experience in fitting tyres and adjusting wheel alignment
• Experienced in fitting Brakes and exhausts
• A full UK driving licence
• Good standard of written and spoken English
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to use own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of work

What will your role as a Tyre Fitter look like?

• Changing tyres, brakes or exhausts
• Checking tyres, brakes and exhaust systems for defects
• Deflating tyres, changing them using a jack, hand-held tools and machinery, and inflating the replacement tyres
• Balancing and re-aligning tyres using lead weights and measuring equipment
• Raising a vehicle on ramps or driving it over a pit so that you can get underneath to work on it
• Using hand and power tools to replace faulty exhaust parts
• Advising customers on what work needs to be done to make their vehicle roadworthy
