Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team, responsible for managing customer relationships, applications, and dispute resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee applications, ensuring timely submission and maximized revenues.
- Maintain accurate records, including dispute resolution and project status.
- Provide detailed financial breakdowns, weekly reports, and interpret payment certificates.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams, addressing queries and ensuring clear communication.
- Collaborate with Accounts to ensure accurate invoicing and data entry.
- Set up and manage new projects, gathering and organizing necessary information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in JCT subcontracts and construction contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
