The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is initially for 4 or 5 days per week until the October half term, with the possibility of extending to a full academic year contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and contributing to a vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum.
• Planning and assessing students' progress, ensuring that all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
• Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives.
• Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to support student development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching at the primary level, ideally with Year 4 pupils.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
