Senior Architectural Technician

A well-established architectural firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architectural Technician to join their knowledgeable team in Warrington. This role is perfect for a skilled professional looking to contribute to high-profile projects and work within a collaborative and creative environment. The team has a vibrant portfolio across the commercial, heritage and residential sectors.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant experience and enjoy leading and mentoring a team. You will be confident running jobs through all RIBA stages and have excellent time management skills. Revit experience is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • Significant experience post qualification in a UK-based practice
  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT accredited
  • Confident producing and delivering tender packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Run projects through all RIBA stages
  • Manage a team and mentor junior team members
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Conduct site visits
  • Proficient using Revit
  • Live within a commutable distance from Warrington
