Position: Temporary Warehouse Operative

Location: Basingstoke

Start Date: TBC, but likely to be sometime in September

Duration: Ongoing temporary position, with the opportunity to join the client’s team on a permanent basis in certain circumstances.

Shift Patterns: Shifts from 4 to 8 hours available – Days, Nights & Weekends

Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience would be of benefit, but don’t worry if you don’t as full training would be given.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Good physical fitness to handle lifting and standing.
• Own transport would be beneficial, as public transport limited to the site
