Fawkes and Reece are hiring for a Foreman hiring for an exciting opportunity to oversee the development of a new £80m luxury estate in Andover. This high-profile project will involve extensive civil engineering works, demanding a skilled and experienced professional to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

Foreman Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

- Lead and manage a team of tradespeople, subcontractors, and labourers.

- Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.

- Oversee the quality control of work being completed on-site.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in civil engineering, preferably on large-scale projects.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

- CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification are essential.
