Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs, from moderate to more complex.
• Uphold school policies while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt to various teaching environments and year groups, ensuring every student is catered to.
• Work across a range of our partner schools in Walsall and the local areas.

• Teachers who can adapt their methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils and build strong rapport.
• Strong communicators who excel in team environments.
• Qualified Teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
