Restaurant Shift Manager

Our client is searching for a career focused hospitality professional to take on the role of Restaurant Duty Manager. This is a full time permanent opportunity with an annual salary of £32,000, plus an excellent benefits package that can be discussed further upon application. Your working hours will be 5 days per week, with the flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
As Restaurant Duty Manager, you will assist in the daily running of the restaurant within the venue. You will therefore have management or supervisory experience in a similar role. This is a customer focused role so you must have excellent communication skills and a natural affinity to providing outstanding customer service.
You will be have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise key tasks daily. As you are managing the restaurant operation you will need to have some financial knowledge of stock ordering, waste control and budgets.
