Vision Teaching are currently seeking motivated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Secondary School in the borough of Lambeth. This job is to start in September 2024 and will be full time for the duration of the academic year. This role ensures the smooth running of classes in the absence of the class teacher, with note to behaviour management being crucial.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be required to deliver pre-planned work over a range of subjects; there will be no planning or marking involved. We’re looking for individuals with previous experience working with young people, that are able to communicate and manage classroom behaviour effectively.  

This role would be suited to a recent Graduate in any discipline, or an individual looking to kickstart their career in an educational setting.

Requirements - Cover Supervisor – Lambeth – September Start

• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
• Previous experience working within a Secondary School.
• Provide two professional references.
• Register with Vision Teaching and follow all compliance procedures.
• Overseas trained and Unqualified teachers are welcome to apply
