The Opportunity
As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support to a diverse range of Corporate and SME clients. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Provide vital administrative assistance in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, and Group Private Medical Insurance.
  • Manage and update scheme data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Source and compile quotes for new and existing schemes, supporting our Advisors in making top-notch recommendations.
  • Administer joiners and leavers, keeping everything running smoothly and on time.
  • Prepare high-quality, accurate reports and client documents, showcasing your keen eye for detail.
  • Respond to client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prioritize and manage your workload, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
 
What They’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with at least one year of administration experience. You’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment if you:
  • Have a higher-level education or degree in any discipline.
  • Can achieve outcomes independently and effectively manage your own workload.
  • Excel in IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Possess strong analytical abilities and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are detail-oriented, with excellent time management and a proactive attitude.
  • Are motivated, with the ability to support and collaborate within a close-knit team.
 
Desirable Experience
  • While not required, experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, or Private Medical Insurance roles would be a bonus!
