Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (North East Branch)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (Based on experience) + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Healthcare

Are you an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor looking for an exciting new challenge? Join our team at a leading M&E contractor, where you'll be working out of our North East branch in Newcastle upon Tyne. We specialize in new build projects and installations within the education, MOD, and large industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage mechanical or electrical installations on new build projects across the education, MOD, and large industrial sectors.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines, quality control, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor, ideally within the education, MOD, or large industrial sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications are essential.
